With this proven leadership ability and over 23 years of experience in the supply chain, FMCG, and manufacturing sectors, Ansir has appointed Kurt as CEO to drive the company’s innovative solutions in baggage handling automation.
Before joining Ansir Systems, Kurt held the position of Vice President, where he was responsible for global robotics, AMR, and voice solutions for the company’s Support, Delivery, and Operations business unit. His ability to manage large teams and complex operations made him instrumental in improving operational efficiency and customer outcomes. Kurt also spent nearly seven years at Vanderlande Industries, where his last role involved managing large, multi-disciplinary teams and overseeing customer outcomes on complex, large-scale projects as Business Service Manager for the APAC region.
Kurt is now focused on elevating Ansir Systems’ role in revolutionizing the aviation industry’s baggage handling systems. His leadership is grounded in building strong client relationships and driving continuous innovation to meet the evolving needs of the industry.

Glen is a fully qualified toolmaker with extensive expertise in fine tolerance manufacturing, enabling Ansir Systems to meet highly critical design and manufacturing standards. Over the years, he has collaborated closely with his business partner, Robert Hosie, to deliver premium quality manufactured products to a diverse clientele in Australia and internationally. Glen's in-depth understanding of tool-making processes, combined with his insights into cost-effective solutions, ensures that customers receive exceptional, well-engineered that meet their specific needs.

Robert brings over 45 years of experience in metal and parts manufacturing to Ansir Systems. As a fully qualified welder, he has played a key role in product development and supply for the company.
