Our Mission
With honesty and teamwork, we aspire to be the most respected company in providing airports with the best possible service and innovation.
Established in 1972 with a focus on electrical engineering and contracting, quickly gained a reputation as a trusted solutions provider for the materials and baggage handling industry.
In a series of strategic moves, the company first acquired A.P. Morling Pty Ltd, a leading baggage handling systems provider with over 30 years of experience in aviation. This acquisition paved the way for the purchase of the Ansir Systems trading name and intellectual property, allowing the company to specialize in solutions for the airline industry.
We deliver complete baggage handling systems, from design to installation, ensuring streamlined processes. Our solutions integrate advanced technologies for efficiency, security and scalability, creating a seamless experience from check-in to reclaim for both passengers and airport operations.
Our range of facilities include modern offices and a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Melbourne’s south eastern suburbs, as well as a factory in Sydney, giving us complete in-house capabilities for all mechanical engineering. This unique advantage allows us to have complete control over production, faster turnaround times, flexibility and customisation.
With a global vision focused on continuous improvement, we’ve set up a network of international partnerships with leading suppliers and technology providers, allowing us to provide world-class solutions that meet international standards and evolving industry demands.
Working in complex environments such as operational airports requires both experience and precision. Our team excels in managing brownfield projects—modifying and upgrading existing systems while minimising disruption to ongoing operations. We understand the challenges of working within live environments and are committed to ensuring minimal downtime and a seamless transition during upgrades or changes.
We maintain a vendor-agnostic approach, giving us the flexibility to integrate the best technology solutions from a variety of suppliers. This means we’re not tied to any single manufacturer, allowing us to select the most appropriate equipment and systems to suit each project's specific requirements. Our goal is to deliver the most effective solution, regardless of brand to meet your operational goals and industry standards.
